Come along to find out more about climate change impacts in your community and to contribute your experiences.
The GSA Biosphere Partnership has been working with Climate Ready D&G on the development of a regional climate risk assessment. During the autumn we are taking a roadshow to 10 communities across D&G to discover people’s experiences of the impacts of climate change, opportunities and adaptations needed for future changing weather patterns.
We are holding a workshop in each community with a speaker. Steven Mulvihill from the Community Resilience team will be talking about the impacts of climate change in Thornhill. The workshop will include the opportunity to contribute your experiences and ideas of ways to adapt to climate change in Thornhill.
