Come along to find out more about climate change impacts in your community and to contribute your experiences.
The GSA Biosphere Partnership has been working with Climate Ready D&G on the development of a regional climate risk assessment. During the autumn we are taking a roadshow to 10 communities across D&G to discover people’s experiences of the impacts of climate change, opportunities and adaptations needed for future changing weather patterns.
We are holding a workshop in each community featuring a guest speaker. At this workshop, David Finlay from the Ethical Dairy in Gatehouse of Fleet will talk about their farming approach and how the changing climate is affecting their work, including the challenges they are facing and opportunities they have identified.
